Bang! the Dice Game: Undead or Alive Expansion

BANG! The Dice Game: Undead or Alive includes five “modules” for BANG! The Dice Game that can be used on their own or combined in any way desired.

This expansion adds eight new enraged gunslingers and two new duel dice for fighting duels. If you lose a duel, you must draw a duel wound token. During your turn, each duel wound token you have cancels one identical symbol rolled on a die that you decided to keep.

The new dice also feature another new symbol: the whiskey bottle. If you roll a whiskey bottle during your turn and you have no duel wound tokens to discard or if you lose two or more life points in one turn, you must draw a rage card; the symbols on those cards are added to the results of the dice!

With four or more players, you can play the “Undead or Alive” module, which adds a deck of boneyard cards. If the boneyard overflows with corpses, a zombie outbreak might begin!

Deckscape: The Curse of the Sphinx

During a visit to the ancient Egyptian monuments, an unforeseeable event locks the players in a secret room inside the pyramid. Will they be able to decipher the enigmatic hieroglyphics and find a way out before the mummy catches them?

Deckscape: The Curse of the Sphinx is the sixth title in a series of cooperative games inspired by real escape rooms in which a group of people is “trapped” inside a room full of puzzles and odd items. The goal of the game is to solve puzzles, understand the plot of the story, and make intelligent use of the items provided in order to exit from the room as quickly as possible.

Geek Out!: Disney Edition

Geek Out! is a party game that can determine once and for all which player is the most knowledgeable about your favorite pop culture subjects!

In the game, you draw cards asking you to list a certain number of things which fall under a certain category: comic books, fantasy, games, science fiction, and miscellaneous. Before you begin, however, the other players may try to steal your points (and bragging rights!) by bidding to list even more than the card requires. The bidding continues until one player is ready to “out-geek” their friends. Collect a predetermined number of cards, and you win!

Geek Out! Disney features 350 questions about ninety years of Disney productions.

Munchkin: Duck Tales Edition

In Munchkin: Disney DuckTales, players choose from Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, Louie, and other DuckTales icons to battle it out against monsters (and each other) while uncovering treasure that will have you swimming in gold — just like “Unca Scrooge”!

True to the original Munchkin game, your goal is to collect as much treasure as possible while enlisting the help of interesting Items and Allies you’ll come across during your adventures. If you’re the first to reach Level 10, you win! However, watch out for conniving villains such as Bigtime Beagle or Curses that could distract you from becoming filthy rich.

The treasure hunt begins as soon as the first player “Kicks Open a Door” to reveal what’s hidden on the other side. If a villain is nowhere to be found, you’ll be free to use your Class skills to “Loot the Room” for hidden items and treasures. Will you uncover the Crown of Genghis Khan or Magica’s Magic Mirror to aid you on your quest? If you’re not so lucky, you’ll be greeted by that stingy Flintheart Glomgold, the wicked Magica DeSpell, and other bad guys that must be defeated using card bonuses, powerful Treasure items, Ally cards such as Bubba the Caveduck and Donald Duck, or even teaming up with other players! Choose your friends wisely!

When you’re feeling as mischievous as Huey, Dewy, and Louie, you may also decide to “Look for Trouble” and fight a monster already in your hand. Use your best judgment to decide if combat will increase your chances of winning, or send you into a tail spin.

Codenames: Simpsons Edition

Codenames: The Simpsons combines the hit social word game Codenames, while featuring characters and locations from thirty years of The Simpsons.

In Codenames, two teams — Team Homer and Team Bart — compete to see who can guess all of their “field agents” (identified by either a word or picture) correctly first — but those field agents are hiding in plain sight in a 5×5 grid that includes the agents of the other team, neutral words, and an assassin that will cause you to lose the game immediately if you guess it. One person on each team is a spymaster and only these two know which agents belong to each team. Spymasters take turns giving one-word clues that can help their teammates identify multiple agents on the board. Their teammates try to guess agents of the right color while avoiding those that belong to the opposing team — and everyone wants to avoid the assassin.

Dungeons & Dragons RPG: Epic Monster Cards and Creature & NPC Cards

The Epic Monster Set consists of 77 laminated, over-sized cards. This set expands on the previous releases by adding the most dangerous monsters to your menagerie and allows Dungeon Masters to bring even more enemies to their tabletop in card form.

The Creature & NPC Set features 182 creatures and people from the Monster Manual and Volo’s Guide to Monsters. It will be a welcome addition to any Dungeon Master’s collection.

Aftermath

Aftermath is an Adventure Book Game in which players take on the role of small critters struggling to survive and thrive in a big, dangerous world. Humans have mysteriously vanished, and the remnants of civilization are quickly being reclaimed by nature and the animals who still remain.

In the game, you play as a misfit band of critters known by their colony as “providers”. There’s the guinea pig with anger issues, a hamster that talks fast and drives faster, a small mouse with keen eyes and a lot to prove, and a mysterious vole who’s borderline feral. These characters each have their own personalities, play-styles, and personal goals.

You’ll leave the safety of your colony and venture out into the abandoned world on one of 20+ story-driven missions and side missions. Scavenge the ruins of mankind in search of food and supplies for your colony, but beware — the world is filled with bandits and predators, and you must fight or flee to stay alive.

Return to your colony with resources and information that will help your friends and family survive. Grow your colony and keep it safe by building structures and improvements with the spoils of your adventures, but plan accordingly, for the colony will face hardship each time you leave it…

Tsuro Phoenix Rising

Long ago, a vengeful god stole the stars from the night sky. To illuminate the night, hopeful people sent glowing paper lanterns floating toward the heavens. Out of nowhere, clever magical phoenixes appeared, soaring through the sky. As they flew from lantern to lantern, their enchanted touch changed the lanterns into new stars! The phoenix who can create a constellation of seven new stars will be the champion of a world looking for light!

Tsuro: Phoenix Rising is a new entry in the classic Tsuro series. The game shares a bond with the foundations of the venerable original: play tiles, move pawns, and stay in play, but it introduces a revolutionary board that allows for the double-sided tiles to flip and rotate throughout the game, creating diverging paths and opening up new strategies.

Featuring gorgeous phoenix miniatures, beautiful lantern tokens, and unique gameplay elements such as life tokens that allow your phoenix to be reborn from the ashes once per game, Tsuro: Phoenix Rising is a new chapter in the legacy of Tsuro!

Roam

Welcome to Arzium, land of ancient civilizations, bizarre creatures, unexplained wonders, and vibrant characters.

A great sleeping sickness has spread across the land, sending every type of creature to roam for hundreds of miles in a dazed, incoherent march. It’s your job to seek them out and wake them from their sleepwalk, recruiting them to help you find even more lost souls!

In Roam, you and up to three friends compete to find lost adventurers. The game includes more than fifty unique, tarot-sized adventurer cards, which feature characters from Near and Far, Above and Below, and Islebound. The opposite side of each card depicts a landscape split into six squares, and two rows of three of these cards are placed in the center of the playing area to make the board.

Each turn, you may activate one of the adventurer cards in your party by flipping the card face down. Activating an adventurer allows you to place search tokens on the board in the shape depicted on your adventurer card. When every square on a landscape card has been searched, the player who did the most claims the card, finding the lost adventurer and adding them to their party. Each adventurer you add to your party gives you points and a new search pattern that you can use.

When searching, you also claim coins, which can be spent to use special actions or purchase artifacts with useful powers. When one player has ten adventurers in their party, the game ends, and the player with the most points wins.

Moneybags

In Moneybags, players try to have the most gold coins, with each player having their own bag filled with some number of brass coins. If you think you have the most coins, you might want to exit the round to keep them as others will try to transfer coins from your bag to theirs!

Coming this fall, D&D has partnered with Adult Swim to bring this boxed set blending the world of Dungeons & Dragons with the mad narcissistic genius of Rick Sanchez’s power-gaming sensibilities, and it includes everything a Dungeon Master needs to channel their inner mad scientist and run a rickrolling adventure for up to 5 players, levels 1 to 3.

Illimat

Illimat has the style and flavor of a classic card game with a dynamic twist. As you play, you combine cards and collect them, trying to gather more than your opponents. But hidden Luminaries and changing seasons can alter your plans. Featuring a cloth board, metal tokens, and illustrations by Carson Ellis.

Illimat supports two to four players and a single round takes approximately fifteen minutes. The cloth board is divided into four fields, and the box the game comes in is also a component of the game: it sits in the center of the board and sets the seasons for each field, which affects the actions that can be performed in each field. Turning the box and changing the seasons is a critical part of the strategy of the game.

Illimat has been playtested with devoted gamers and people who haven’t played a game in years. The result is a game that’s easy to learn, dynamic, and just a little bit addictive.

Mystery House

This house mysteriously moves through space and time, and no one knows its destination. Will you be brave enough to enter?

You are imprisoned in this house, and the only way out is to solve all the riddles you find inside! You must search for clues in the box, which features multiple doorways on all sides. At the beginning of the game, you insert enigma cards in the box top, and these cards will tell a story as they’re revealed and resolved during play. An app drives you through the game and records the progress of your team and your playtime.

The base game includes two adventures: “Family Portrait” and “The Lord of the Labyrinth”. All future expansions will use the same base game box as a game system.

Reavers of Midgard

Reavers of Midgard is a single worker placement game with elements of set collection, dice combat and engine building set in the Champions of Midgard universe.

In Champions of Midgard, your quest was to become Jarl. You battled back the trolls, draugr and some of the epic monsters that once threatened the sanctity of your humble port town. Now it’s time to go on the offensive.

In Reavers of Midgard, you’ll be looking to gain glory by raiding nearby villages for their riches, sacking well-fortified castles and battling both man and monster on the open seas. You’ll not only need to take your rowdy crew of vikings and the food needed to keep them happy along for the ride but you’ll also have to recruit a crew of elite warriors – the Reavers.

Reavers can be used in three different ways. They can be made your ship’s leader, earning you a one-time bonus and enabling your warriors to be more versatile in combat. They can also be used to rally more warriors to your cause, filling your ship to the brim with the right fighters for the right situations. Finally, they can also be used to help your crew specialize, earning you a bonus every time your crew sails into battle.

Whoever can earn the most glory after six rounds will be the winner.

Starting with either Harry Potter or Hermione Granger representing Dumbledore’s Army, Minerva McGonagall or Albus Dumbledore from Hogwarts, or Nymphadora Tonks or Sirius Black from the Order of the Phoenix, players will be able to rally a variety of year-5 characters to their cause, such as Ginny Weasley, Luna Lovegood, Alastor Moody, Mrs. Norris, Severus Snape, and Rubeus Hagrid. The collective armies and players must then work together to stop the spread of dark influence throughout the wizarding world.

Players have to battle Dark Wizards Peter Pettigrew, Bellatrix Lestrange, Lucius Malfoy, and others who bear the dark mark for control of key wizarding world locations, including the Ministry of Magic, Diagon Alley, and Hogsmeade Village. To be successful, players must vanquish Voldemort’s Death Eaters and eventually defeat You-Know-Who before they corrupt and take control the wizarding world.

Keyforge: Worlds Collide – Two-Player Starter, Deluxe Archon Deck, Regular Deck & Premium Box

Discover a new side of the Crucible in Worlds Collide! As with other sets of KeyForge, Worlds Collide is a companion to Call of the Archons and Age of Ascension, not a replacement or a sequel. You do not need to start with Call of the Archons in order to reach Worlds Collide, and Archon Decks from each set are equally matched, so you do not need to switch to Worlds Collide Archon Decks in order to remain competitive. Rather, you are invited to continue your exploration of the planet with a cardpool of 405 cards, mixing in cards from each of the other KeyForge sets and introducing two brand new Houses!

Worlds Collide rotates out Mars and Sanctum to make way for the Saurian Republic and the Grand Star Alliance, but that does not mean that they are gone for good. The Crucible is ever-changing and evolving, and these beloved Houses will have the chance to return in future sets of the game!

Catan: Starfarers

Twenty years ago, the settlers started into the depths of the galaxy to discover unknown planets, the undiscovered universe lying before them. Maybe they’ll find planets with good ore or carbon deposits — or perhaps only barren ice planets. They might encounter alien folks and start lucrative trading, with pirates and wormholes being a constant challenge for them.

Catan: Starfarers is a new version of Starfarers of Catan, originally released in 1999, that contains completely revised graphics and game materials, revised rules, and (most importantly) a variable game board that brings even more variety to the exploration of space.

Aquicorn Cove

When Lana and her father return to their seaside hometown to help clear the debris of a big storm, Lana remembers how much she’s missed the ocean — and the strong, reassuring presence of her aunt. As Lana explores the familiar beach, she discovers something incredible: a colony of aquicorns, small magical seahorse-like creatures that live in the coral reef. Lana rescues an injured aquicorn and cares for it with the help of her aunt, who may know more about these strange creatures than she’s willing to admit. But when a second storm threatens to reach the town, choices made many years ago about how to co-exist with the sea start to rise to the surface. Lana realizes she will need to find the strength to stand on her own, even when it means standing up to the people who she has always relied on to protect her.

In the co-operative game The Aquicorn Cove Board Game, 2-4 players take on the roles of members of a small fishing village struggling to survive while maintaining a balance with the natural world. To win, the villagers must feed and grow their village, while helping to restore the health of the reef and aquatic ecosystem. The villagers are fortunate, though, and the waters of their cove are home to the beautiful and benevolent aquicorns, as well as the wondrous reef guardian Aure, who can help them both to understand the impact humans are having on the environment and to save the village.

DC Deckbuilding Game: Crossover Pack 8 – Batman Ninja

Based on the Batman Ninja animated feature, Crossover Pack 8: Batman Ninja, an expansion for the DC Deck-Building Game, takes place in feudal Japan and lets players become Batman, Catwoman, Robin, Red Robin, Red Hood, and Nightwing.

The Super-Villains — The Joker, The Penguin, Poison Ivy, Deathstroke, and Two-Face — are the daimyos who battle from within giant castles that come to life. When the fifth one has been defeated, the five castles merge to become one final titanic challenge. The card backs of the Super-Villains each form a portion of the giant merged castle, with The Joker’s head at the top.

Each Super-Villain has colors on its four sides matching the main card types: Hero, Villain, Super Power, and Equipment. During your turn, if there is a card matching one of those types in the Line-Up, you must take the card and place it next to the corresponding side of the Super-Villain. When you defeat a Super-Villain, instead of placing it in your deck, you earn each card attached to it.

The new keyword “Ninjutsu” provides the heroes some much-needed help as they take on the fearful might of the combined Super-Villains’ super castle!

Pop! Funkoverse Strategy Game: DC 2 & 4 Player Games

In the Funkoverse Strategy Game, you combine your favorite characters and go head-to-head in four exciting game scenarios. Use your characters’ unique abilities to gain points and achieve victory!

Each turn, you select one of your characters and perform two actions. Each character has access to basic actions like moving and challenges as well as several unique abilities that may be performed only by spending ability tokens. Funkoverse uses an innovative “cooldown” system — the more powerful the ability, the longer it will take for the ability token to become available again — so players have to spend their ability tokens wisely. Each character in Funkoverse is unique, so players are encouraged to try out different combinations of characters and items in order to discover their favorite synergies and powerful strategies for all four game scenarios.

Funkoverse Strategy Game: DC 4-Pack is a standalone game that includes the characters Batman, Batgirl, Joker, and Harley Quinn.

Funkoverse Strategy Game: DC 2-Pack is a standalone game that includes the characters Robin and Catwoman.

O.P. Arena

O.P. Arena is a battle royale of absurd proportions. The game includes over eighty unique characters that are all overpowered. Players use them to destroy each other, and earn victory points. Kill a dude, and you get 3 VP. Have the most damage on a dude when he kicks the bucket, you get 2 VP. Have the second most damage, gain 1 VP.

Don’t get too attached to your dudes. They will die. Quickly. No worries though, you’ll get new ones to carry on the fight. Players can earn tokens to nerph other dude’s abilities and shields to protect abilities. Each player also receives just 3 re-roll cubes at the start of the game, and when they are gone, they are gone. So make them count! In the arena it is usually best to have dudes with abilities that trigger on low numbers and high numbers to ensure you have your bases covered for maximum pointage.
Remember, you can do a single damage and score the most points for a dude if it’s the killing blow! So it’s not all about brute strength, although that helps too.

Fight until a player reaches 30+ VP, and that player wins.

Unhappy Cthulhu vs. Helpless Bunny? Expansionist Alien vs. Righteous Paladin? Coal-fired Robot of Doom vs. a Little Girl? Rabid War Bear vs. Animated Chicken Bone? Mentally-Challenged Goat vs. Pirate Taco? These are all possible match-ups, plus thousands more.

When you play O.P. Arena get ready to see some of the craziest, chaining combos you’ve ever seen in a game! It’s pure, ridiculous fun.
