Note: Due to a misunderstanding regarding the event format, the previous description improperly listed the entry fee as purchase of 1 deck. Since this event is sealed deck + boosters the entry is as described below:

The format for this event will be Starter Decks + Booster Packs Sealed. Entry for the event is $40.00 which will get the participant 1 random deck (either ST07 or 08) plus 4 additional packs to create a 50 card deck for Swiss Play.
